I ordered a couple of lamps and was kind of expecting the shipping to jump at checkout, because that seems to be the usual pattern with bigger items. But the delivery charge was actually lower than I thought it would be, and there weren’t any random extra fees added at the end. The package arrived in good shape, and for the size of the order, the postage felt totally reasonable. I’d definitely order from them again

"Warranty got sorted, thankfully"
The lamp decided to stop working after just a few months, which was lovely. To be fair, the warranty team replied quickly and sent out a replacement part without making it a whole drama. It took a little longer than I’d have liked, but it’s sorted now, so I’m happy enough overall.

The lamp did arrive okay in the end, but whoever packed it didn’t seem to put much care into it. The box was bashed up and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. Luckily nothing was broken, but I definitely expected it to be packed better.

"Helpful after my order, though I expected an apology"
I had a small issue with one of the lamps after it was delivered, so I emailed them to see what could be done. They got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making it a hassle, which I appreciated. I’ll be honest though, I was expecting at least a proper apology for the inconvenience. I ordered a lamp shade from lamps2udirect and, i was bracing myself for the usual delivery drama. But against all odds, the tracking email came through quickly and the parcel actually arrived on the exact day they said it would, which felt like a small modern miracle.

The box did have a little dent on one corner, so there was a brief moment of suspense while I opened it, but thankfully the shade inside was completely fine. Not a flawless grand finale, but still a solid experience overall, and I’d happily use them again

I ordered a couple of lamps from lamps2udirect.com a little while back, I can’t remember if it was a few weeks ago or closer to a month now, but they’ve been great so far. The quality was better than I was expecting. They feel sturdy, not cheap or wobbly, and the finish looks really nice once they’re set up in the room. The light comes through evenly too, and I didn’t notice any scratches or weird marks on them when they arrived. I’ve been using them for a bit now and haven’t had any problems. Would definitely consider buying from them again.

"Got sorted eventually"
One of the bulbs in my order wasn’t working, which was a bit ridiculous, so I emailed them about it. It took longer than I would’ve liked to get a reply, but they did get back to me and sent out a replacement. Everything’s working fine now, so while it wasn’t perfect, they did fix it in the end.
